FIX RATE SUPPORT

Business Plan 2 (FMR) Fixed Monthly Rate.

Some businesses prefer to commit to a monthly charge so they know exactly what they are paying for each and every month. This pro-active computer and network support service gives you the support you need 24-7.

We devised our charges to make it simple for our clients to understand what they will be paying for and what is included in our FMR plans.

"Our crazy" (as quoted by many engineers) pricing cost is the following:

Each Sever Billed @ £5.00 per day. (Mon-Fri)
Each Workstation Billed @ £1.00 per day. (Mon-Fri)

. So for a small business with 1 Server and 5 workstations the cost will be £50 per week or £200.00 pcm, totaling £2400 per year. (Microsoft Engineer Salary = £30K per annum)
. A small office containing two workstations and no server will cost £10 per week or £40.00 pcm, totaling £480.00 per year.

Bear in mind the cost of 1 hour on the PAYR Plan is £40.00, at the FMR rates you are getting almost unlimited support for the same cost as a only an hour billed of support with the added benefit of knowing exactly how much your IT support will cost.
